Take the length of your bed (in feet) and multiply it by the width (in feet). That will tell you how many sq ft you need to cover. Then you decide how deep you would like your mulch to be. We recommend that your mulch is 2"-4" deep. 

1 bag will cover about 17 sq ft at 2" deep.

1 bag will cover about 8.5 sq ft at 4" deep

1/2 yd of mulch = 4.5 bags

2" depth will cover 80 sq ft

4" depth will cover 40 sq ft

1 yd of mulch = 9 bags

2" depth will cover 160 sq ft

4" depth will cover 80 sq ft

Our bulk mulch is sold in 1/2yd ($25) and 1 yd increments ($50). We carry brown and red pine bark mulch in bulk.
