Show your stuff at Martinson's Craft Market! 

Market Days will take place on the third Saturday of every month at our location on Highway 51 in Ridgeland. It's the perfect venue to offer your handmade products and tell your story!

Simply fill out the application linked below and supply 3 photos of your art, craft or edible to our review committee. Once accepted, you may register to reserve your booth!

APPLICATION & REGISTRATION

All applications must be submitted for approval at least two weeks before the event. Applications can be dropped off to the cashier at GARDEN WORKS or emailed to martinsonscraftmarket@gmail.com. Approved vendors should be registered and paid by the Saturday before the event.

​

PAYMENT

Booth fees are due upon approval and no later than one week before the event date. Vendors can pay fees in person to the cashier at GARDEN WORKS. Booth fees are nonrefundable. Shared booth spaces are allowed upon approval.

BOOTH COSTS

10 X 10 Craft Vendor - $50.00.

10 X 10 Food Vendor - $75.00.

CRAFT GUIDELINES

All items must be handmade, produced or grown by the vendor (woodworking, glasswork, jewelry, pottery, candles, body products, jams, sauces, fresh produce, prepared foods etc.). No items purchased at wholesale markets for resale will be accepted. Our committee has the right to refuse or accept any vendor.

•NO SOLICITATIONS OR PETITIONS ALLOWED.
•NO CAMPAIGN OR RELIGIOUS PROMOTIONS WITHOUT A BOOTH.

SET UP

All vendors are expected to set up between 8:00-9:30am. Pick up assigned packet at the Director’s Booth. Vendors are responsible for tents, tables, chairs, power cords and change. Vendors will set up and tear down their own booths. All vendors are required to set up on time and stay until the event is over. Electricity will be provided. All booth spaces are assigned on a first come first served basis as registration and payment are received.

PERMIT & LICENSURE

Prepared foods such as jarred, canned or baked goods are permitted. All vendors in this category must adhere to Mississippi’s food safety laws and regulations. A copy of a ServSafe license and/or a business license must be submitted with the application along with a copy of liability insurance. All vendors in these categories are expected to submit appropriate Mississippi requirements for specific businesses.

PARKING

Vendors can park up front by the main entrance of the market for set up. They should then move to the vendor parking area to make room for customer parking.

SALES TAX

Each vendor is responsible for turning in their 7% sales tax to the MARTINSON’S CRAFT MARKET Director’s Booth. Each vendor must report and submit the sales tax form in the vendor packet which will be picked up at the Director’s Booth. The sales tax in Ridgeland is 7% of each vendor’s total sales. If you are paying with a check please make the check out to Martinson’s Garden Works or if you are paying with cash,  exact change is expected. Failure to submit sales tax will result in exclusion from later events.

September 19 - Deadline to register and pay: Sep 12.

October 17 - Deadline to register and pay: Oct 10.

November 21 - Deadline to register and pay: Nov 14.
